Quanta Writers Featured in Best Math Writing Anthology

NEW YORK, March 20, 2017 — Two articles from Quanta Magazine were featured in The Best Writing on Mathematics 2016, published in March 2017 by Princeton University Press: “A Proof That Some Spaces Can’t Be Cut” by Kevin Hartnett — written before he joined Quanta as senior math and computer science writer — and “Mathematicians Chase Moonshine’s Shadow” by Erica Klarreich, a frequent Quanta contributor.
